The Group is also the leading multimedia publisher, with a strong presence in the digital and social media segments, as well as a in the print magazine segment.

The security is traded in the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana and is included in the FTSE Italia Mid Cap index and in the media sector index (FTSE Italia Media).

Marina Berlusconi has been our Chairperson since February 2003 and, since October 2005, has been Chairperson of Fininvest S.p.A., holding that owns 53.3% of Mondadori.
Antonio Porro has been our Chief Executive Officer since April 2021.
