Cristina Rossello graduated with the highest honours in law, with special mention and recommendation for publication in the annals of the Faculty; qualified to plead before the supreme courts, expert in commercial, banking and securities law, with offices in Milan, Rome and Brussels.

Legal adviser for listed companies and major family-owned businesses; conducts litigation and is a member of arbitration boards; also experienced in television rights and sports law.

Author of books and publications in civil and commercial law reviews and business newspapers; member of scientific and editorial boards in the legal and corporate fields.

Member of the Board of Directors of Arnoldo Mondadori Editore S.p.A. since April 2012.

She holds governance positions in listed and multinational companies.

Deputy of the Italian Republic.
