Pietro Bracco

Pietro Bracco, born in 1974, graduated with a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Turin and did a PhD in International and Comparative Tax Law at the University of Genoa.

After work experience in France and the Netherlands, he was a partner with the law firms Fantozzi & Associati, Miccinesi e Associati and Puri Bracco Lenzi e Associati between 2011 and 2020. Since November 2020, he has been a partner at AndPartners Tax and Law Firm.

An accountant and auditor, he is an adjunct professor at the LUISS Business School and lectures on tax matters for various Master’s degree programmes at universities and private institutions. From 2005 to 2011, he taught International Tax Law and Tourism Tax Law at the University of Turin.

He is Chairman of the ANDAF Technical Tax Committee and Chair of the ICFOA International Tax Group.

He was a member of the Technical Committee for the Implementation of the Tax Reform established in 2023 by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and of the Interministerial Commission for the Reform of Tax Justice, established in 2021.

Pietro Bracco has been a member of the Board of Directors of Arnoldo Mondadori Editore S.p.A. since April 2024.

He also holds the same position at Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane S.p.A. and formerly held it at ENAV S.p.A.
