Emilio Gatto

Born in Genoa on October 1, 1969, Emilio Gatto earned his degree in Business and Economics from the University of Genoa.

Since 1993, he has worked exclusively as a chartered accountant, specializing in corporate and tax matters. His expertise extends to judicial appointments in both civil and criminal cases. In addition, he has been a certified legal auditor since 1999.

He has served as a liquidator, board member, and member of Boards of Statutory Auditors for both publicly traded and privately held companies, as well as for foundations and organizations operating in the industrial, commercial, and financial sectors.

He is also a member of Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.

As of December 2024, he holds the position of Statutory Auditor at Arnoldo Mondadori Editore S.p.A.
