Francesca Meneghel

Francesca Meneghel, born in Treviso in 1961, holds a degree in Business Economics from the Bocconi University of Milan.

An accountant and auditor, she has been practising since 1993 and has gained experience in industry, sales, banking, finance and advertising.

She is a member of the Board of Directors, the Board of Auditors and the Supervisory Board of several Italian and multinational companies.

She has worked at the listed company Geox S.p.A. since 2016 as Independent Director, Lead Independent Director and Chairman of the Control, Risk and Sustainability Committee, as well as being a member of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee since 2024.

She is a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of several companies, including Pirelli & C. S.p.A., Mediolanum Gestione Fondi SGR S.p.A. and Publitalia ‘80 S.p.A.

She has been a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Arnoldo Mondadori Editore S.p.A. since April 2024.
