Chairperson of the Board of Statutory auditors
Born in Merate (LC) on 9 September 1968, she graduated in economics and business at the Catholic University of Milan.
Accountant and auditor, she advises on sustainability and corporate governance for leading groups, including listed ones, from various industries. Statutory Auditor of Leonardo S.p.A. and of other companies operating in various industries; Lead Independent Director, Chairperson of the Control and Risk Committee, of the Remuneration Committee and of the Related Party Committee at Landi Renzo S.p.A. and Chairperson/Member of the Supervisory Board pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 for various companies.
Member of the “Governance of Listed Companies” and “Compliance and Organizational Models” Commissions of the Association of Accountants and Accounting Professionals of Milan. Co-chair of the Reflection Group “Women, Diversity & Disruption” of Nedcommunity, the association of non-executive, independent directors, and an associate of Fuori Quota (a non-profit organization that brings together women committed to proactive actions for the empowerment of female talent), AIDC (Italian Association of Accountants) and AIIA (Italian Association of Internal Auditors).
Since April 2018, Chairperson of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Arnoldo Mondadori Editore S.p.A.
