The Remuneration Policy for directors and key management personnel is defined by the Board of Directors, upon proposal by the Remuneration and Appointments Committee.
At least once a year, the Group Head of Human Resources and Organisation reports on the policy implementation methods to the Committee, which monitors and verifies its consistency compared to the principles defined, reporting to the Board of Directors.
The key principles of the Remuneration Policy, described in the Remuneration Report, have been developed in order to attract, motivate and retain those individuals who possess the professional skills needed to ensure that the Company and Group can reach their main objective: the creation of sustainable value in the medium-to-long term.
