On the occasion of International Women’s Day Donna Moderna, with the support of the City of Milan di Milano, brings the magic of fashion to the heart of the city.

On Friday 8 March, 18 young women prepared by the weekly’s stylists, will realize their dream of modeling prestigious clothes by Italy’s leading designers in a fashion show in the Galleria del Corso.

The theme of this special fashion performance is the wonderful world of women and the protagonists will experience the excitement of the catwalk and being an authentic interpreter of contemporary fashion for a day. Female creativity will be expressed through the different passions, personalities and styles of women: romantic, ethnic, eclectic and dreamy.

The participants have been chosen at castings held across the country and selected from candidates applying directly to the magazine’s web site.

During the show the editorial staff of Donna Moderna will be supported by the expert hands of make up artists and hairstylists from Maybelline New York and L’Oréal Professionel. The preparation phases for the ‘models’ will be visible by the public from 3 pm, making the atmosphere of the show even more engaging
