Star Comics
Star Comics was founded a few kilometres from Perugia, thanks to the vision of the publisher Giovanni Bovini. The launch in the world of comics occurred in 1987, with the Italian version of Spider-Man. From that moment on, the publishing house grew exponentially and thus decided to expand its editorial office and to acquire the rights of the best Japanese publications of that period.
One Piece, Dragon Ball, Sailor Moon, My Hero Academia and Demon Slayer – Kimetsu No Yaiba are just a few of the titles that allowed Star Comics to become one of today’s most renowned and appreciated comic book publishers – manga and others – in Italy. Today, Star Comics pursues the path it undertook at the end of the 80s with great passion and commitment, always yearning to make its readers happy.
