On 14 May the Board of Directors approved the new Code of Ethics and the 2011 Sustainability Report.

Mondadori, new among the respondents to the 2012 CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) Italy questionnaire, achieved a very good score (84/100) and was included in the high disclosure list.
