During the 2017 Fuorisalone, the ideal home proposed by CasaFacile, during the celebrations for the twentieth anniversary of the magazine, comes to life in Via Solferino 14 in the heart of the Brera Design District.

This will be the launch of the CasaFacile Design Lab, a space designed by the Mondadori Group brand, in collaboration with designers of Studiopepe, and made up of a living area, a cosy kitchen and two outdoor spaces in perfect CF style.

“For twenty years we have been coming into your homes every month with the magazine’s ideas and suggestions and together (readers and editorial staff) we have reshaped the geography of living. Now we are inviting you to really get into ‘our’ ideal home, nice to see and easy to live in, to meet us in person and create new things together during the workshops … because CasaFacile is always in action!” announced Giusi Silighini, editor of CasaFacile.

The CasaFacile Design Lab will host all the magazine’s activities and will be open from Tuesday 4 to Saturday 8 April, from 10 am until 9 pm, and on Sunday 9 April ​​until at 5 pm. Trends and styles to enjoy the home of your dreams, labs and workshops organised by Scavolini and Whirlpool, with MT masking tape, with Fujifilm Instax and Sistem Air, just some of the proposals that will animate the events at the CasaFacile Design Lab. There will also opportunities to meet and share the passion that unites both the editorial team and readers. On Friday 7 April  from 10 am to 11:30 am, there will be a community breakfast, a special breakfast with the editor Giusi Silighini (for information on how to participate go to www.casafacile.it).

Every day, from 6 to 9 pm, the evenings at the CasaFacile Design Lab will continue with a number of initiatives organised by GialloZafferano. The first will be on Tuesday 14 April 4 at 6 pm with the chef Andrea Berton who will be interviewed by the editor of the magazine Laura Maragliano. Every evening there will also be show cooking events with food bloggers offering both classic and international recipes. On Saturday 8 April 8 at 7 pm, there will be a performance by the barlady Carmen Clemente.

The CasaFacile Design Lab has also been chosen as the location for the presentation of the first gift box set dedicated to the house created by CasaFacile with Mondadori Store. By buying  Facciamo casa, la professionalità al tuo servizio, you will be able to choose between the architectural service at home, a shopping assistant or a mini course in interior design.

CasaFacile is now much more than a magazine. After seven active years in the web, the title now has a team of 24 creative bloggers who share the style and participate actively in the magazine’s events and initiatives, but mainly cultivate a dynamic and passionate community which includes 257,000 fans on Facebook and 82,200 followers on Instagram, who meet every day online to exchange tips, little discoveries and big projects.

CasaFacile has also confirmed its role as a strategic brand for advertisers, not just in the furniture sector: in fact, after closing 2016 with an increase of +6% in advertising revenues, the positive trend continues and has led CasaFacile leads to a +19% increase in terms of value in the first four months of 2017, an increase that reaches +40% if we include the additional revenues generated by the event.

On newsstands from 10 January a special issue with 70 pages dedicated to the ideal home

The CasaFacile brand confirms its success also on the advertising front: in fact, 2016 advertising sales were +6% on the previous year

CasaFacile is 20 years old, years well spent among creative ideas, before & afters, inspiration, smart solutions and background details that have made the title of Mondadori Group an authentic “magazine-community” that has grown along with its readers, both on and offline.

“It’s already 20 years since CasaFacile made its first appearance on newsstands: an in twenty years we have made some homes!” declared Giusi Silighini, editor of CasaFacile. “Since I became the editor of this monthly I have only had one thought in mind: to show not just dream corners and hyper-functional solutions, but to enable readers to change their homes, take them by the hand and explain the whys and wherefores of choosing furniture and the combinations of materials and colours. In other words, to enable them to reproduce what they see (and appreciate) every month as they flick through CasaFacile. We are, after all, an aspirational, but accessible monthly, with a touch of the unconventional,” concluded the editor.

The whole of 2017 will be a ‘celebr-active year: in which CasaFacile will organise ad hoc courses, new workshops and creative laboratories. There will be many opportunities to meet to share the passions that unite both the magazine’s staff and its readers: those of homes and their stories. The special initiatives start this week with a special collectors’ edition on newsstands: the CasaFacile stylists have designed and created the ideal home, one that responds to today’s dreams and needs, and in which everyone would like to live. Over 70 pages are dedicated to this “home of homes” that will also feature at the Fuorisalone 2017, in an exceptional location in the heart of Milan during this year’s Design Week.

And, of course, there will also be increasingly rich supplements and on and offline advice to find the most practical solutions to create your own style in a useable, smart and amusing way. There will also be new features on the web site casafacile.it, with new video-clips, curated by journalist and TV presenter Giorgio Tartaro, with accounts and explanations, in perfect ‘CF style’ on the icons of design.

The CasaFacile brand also confirms its success also on the advertising front: in fact, 2016 advertising sales were +6% on the previous year, a result achieved also thanks to the special initiatives organised in collaboration with important clients both within and outside the sector. The positive trend of the last two years continues in 2017: this first anniversary issue for celebrating magazine’s first 20 years, as with subsequent issues, will have an even more prestigious look and be fully bound.

A communication campaign to mark the first 20 years of CasaFacile has been organised by the agency Hi! Comunicazione and planned across various media: TV, print, web and social.

Digital School: a new advanced course in content and social media management starts in January

Lessons at the Donna Moderna, CasaFacile and Sale&Pepe training school continue successfully, in collaboration with Piano C

The success of the Digital School, the training school of Donna Moderna, CasaFacile and Sale&Pepe continues, the experience with which the three Mondadori Group brands – reference points for the world of women, interiors and food – make their skills and competence in the digital and social media fields available to others. A formula already rewarded with enrolments that  sold out for the basic course of the second edition, which ended in November.

The lessons of the advanced course in content and social media management will start on Saturday 28 January 2017. The programme, which is aimed at people with previous knowledge of the web but who want to become autonomous in online brand development,  is organised in 5 classroom sessions and a concluding workshop. A total of 21 hours dedicated to content design, data analysis and the business management of the activity, through first-hand testimony by the editors and digital professionals of the three magazines, classroom tutoring and case histories.

Collaboration will also continue with Piano C, the social innovation laboratory that brings together women and work and that hosts the lessons of the course in a space in the centre of Milan where digital and other projects are developed to contrast female unemployment in Italy.

The training offer of the Digital School is also available in e-learning modules, with 14 courses 5 structured programmes designed to meet different needs, such as “Content Strategy”, “Social Media Pro”, “Promoting a business online”.

Digital School: the 2nd edition of the courses organised by the training school of Donna Moderna, CasaFacile and Sale&Pepe gets under way in collaboration with Piano C

Enrolments are now being accepted for lessons in content and social media management starting on 15 October in Milan

Following the success of the first edition, on 15 October the new courses will start in Milan of the Digital School, the training school created by Donna Moderna, CasaFacile and Sale&Pepe, a year ago on the experience of the three brand leaders in the women’s, interior design and food sectors.

The three Mondadori magazines will make available their experience and skills in the digital field and social media for the second edition of the course in content and social media management, this year in collaboration with Piano C, the social innovation laboratory that brings together women and work. A space in the centre of Milan that produces digital and other projects to combat female unemployment in Italy.

The course in content and social media management enables students to acquire and expand their digital skills through 42 hours of lessons organised in two levels: a base module to learn what, how and where to communicate in order to be discovered on the web – from the construction of an editorial plan to the secrets of social media management, and from online writing to strategies for the analysis of SEO results – and an advanced module, aimed at those with a good knowledge of the web and a desire to become autonomous in online brand development, content planning, data analysis and the business management of the activity.

The course includes classroom lessons and the testimony of the editors and digital professionals from the three Mondadori magazines, in class tutoring for the entire duration of the course, case history studies and a final workshop for both modules.

The lessons of the course in content and social media management will be held in Milan at Piano C, via Simone D’Orsenigo 18, from 15 October 2016 for the basic module and from 28 January 2017 for the advanced module.

The training offer of the school of Donna Moderna, CasaFacile e Sale&Pepe is also available in e-learning mode, with 19 courses and programmes for different needs.
