Carola Chiusano, Veronica Rocca and Angelica Amodei join Mondadori Media’s talent agency

Power Talent Agency, part of Mondadori Media, sees the arrival of three new creators who will enrich the agency’s communication potential, particularly in the wellness, beauty and lifestyle space.
Power Talent Agency, which can count on a roster of 30 talents and a total of 25 million followers, stands out for the ability and strength with which it is able to communicate the values and uniqueness of its people, creating synergies with the Mondadori Media brands of referenceThe Wom and MypersonalTrainer – and offering a wide range of opportunities.

The three new talents
Among the new additions is Carola Chiusano, a real estate agent, entrepreneur and influencer, who is an expert on the most intimate and substantial asset of Italian culture: the home. Carola has more than 15 years of experience and uses her expertise to show this world to her fanbase of almost 80,000 followers. Her mission is the ‘Social reEvolutionof the real estate sector: an innovator of house tours, which have now become her trademark, she has reinvented the idea of the real estate agent through fresh, engaging and spontaneous communication. Not just houses though, Carola is also passionate about design, fashion and travel. She loves exploring new destinations, documenting her trips with personal stories that convey the charm of the places she visits. Her passion for fashion is reflected in her impeccable outfits that range from the most elegant to the most casual trends, always with a touch of class and originality. Carola joins The Power of Art, the spin-off of Power Talent Agency that is based on inspiration, art, creativity and entrepreneurship.

Whereas Angelica Amodei, professional journalist, health and beauty expert and Beauty Trainer at MypersonalBeauty, is strengthening the wellness sector of Power Talent Agency. She shares daily healthy eating, wellness and beauty videos on her social media with her 41,000 followers to spread the rules for a healthy lifestyle. In addition, Angelica is a guest and moderator at major events related to the world of food and more. Among her most important collaborations is a weekly video column entitled Sorsi di Benessere for the Italpress news agency. She is the author of two books on the subject of proper hydration: La Salute nel Bicchiere and Idratarsi a Tavola. Angelica is often a TV guest on various Rai and Mediaset programmes. She has edited a special column for Le fake news del benessere for Unomattina estate 2024 on Rai 1. Her experience enhances the Power for Wellness, a spin-off dedicated to the world of wealthcare with the aim of creating a perfect balance between body and mind.

Among the new talents joining Power Talent Agency is Veronica Rocca who, thanks to a long period of studying, has developed a strong passion for facial anatomy and the world of cosmetics. Her talent has led her to collaborate with renowned professionals in the field, delving into the causes of facial blemishes and how to treat them. With a solid fanbase of 136,000 followers, Veronica has become a benchmark in the beauty industry, helping women rediscover and enhance their beauty without resorting to cosmetic surgery. During her studies, Veronica developed innovative self-massage protocols: proprioceptive and postural exercises aimed at natural facial rejuvenation without the use of scalpels or needles. Combining science with beauty, she thus founded FaceTraining®: a revolutionary set of techniques to be integrated into a daily skincare routine, designed to offer everyone greater freedom and confidence when caring for their face. Veronica, who already collaborates with The Wom, joins one of the latest spin-offs created by Power Talent Agency: W Power. The Wom, Mondadori Media’s 100% inclusive digital media brand, during Milano Beauty Week, expressed its two souls to the fullest, the value one and the “Beauty and Fashion” one, with the special #TheWOMderfulParty evening that involved the best beauty and fashion creators who are part of The Wom Squad and Power Talent Agency.

Special guest: Luigi Strangis. Singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist winner of the penultimate edition of Amici and a prominent personality in the younger musical scene, who performed in an evocative performance in which he alternated guitar, piano and vocal pieces.

The Wom’s exclusive event took place in the beautiful I Mirador terraces of the 21 House of Stories Navigli, open for the first time for a private party and embellished for the occasion by a glitter station with dedicated make-up artists and glamorous fittings.

A brand that continues to grow

The event was an opportunity to toast the success of the brand, which has reached 8 million total social followers mainly on the channels of choice of the Generation Z and Millennials target audience, Instagram and Tik Tok, and 9 million on the web (Audiweb, TDA average May-July 2023), but above all an increasingly active and participating community, with 5 million interactions in the last month (Source: Comscore, Shareablee), positioning itself as a leader in the under-35 female segment.

In addition, The Wom turns out to be the first brand also in terms of “intention to buy” for Generation Z (18-24), as revealed by a recent survey conducted in collaboration with Doxa – BVA and Hubits.100% of respondents in this age group said that they fully trust The Wom for purchasing advice in the beauty industry. The research showed that on average 3 products are purchased by each brand follower.

Power talent agency manages a roster of young talents who are both very popular on the social networks and active on TV, in films and on the radio.

Beauty, fashion, lifestyle and wellness are the focus of the project’s branded content offer.

Mondadori Media is now an even greater key player of the creator economy and influencer marketing thanks to its acquisition of Power from the Human Vs. Machine group.

Power manages an exclusive roster of young talents of various artistic backgrounds and a very active social media community. This operation allows the Mondadori Group to further affirm itself in an increasingly more strategic and rapidly growing segment, thus strengthening the successful partnership developed over the years with both its media brands and the trendiest creators and influencers of the moment.

Thanks to  Power Talent Agency, Mondadori Media becomes an even more important Italian point of reference of the social media and creator economy through a distinctive offer focused on the new generations, a segment in which the company has become a key player thanks to The Wom, the first fully inclusive social magazine, Zenzero, the talent agency of the best Italian food creators, and Webboh, the first recently acquired Italian GenZ community.

Power Talent Agency is led by an all-female Board of Directors made up of: Alessandra Rigolio, CEO of both the new agency and Zenzero Talent Agency; Daniela Cerrato, Marketing Director of Mondadori Media, as President, and Jessica Piga who, as Head of Talent Manager, will rely on her experience to manage the talents and to implement influencer marketing projects. Luigi D’Alterio is also part of Power Talent Agency’s team as the agency’s Sales Director, a position he will carry out along with the one he holds as Sales Director of Zenzero Talent Agency and Hej!.

THE AGENCY’S ROSTER

Power Talent Agency’s leading face is 26-year old Ludovica Bizzaglia: actress, author and talent creator, she became a main figure on the social media for her commitment to women’s empowerment, skin positivity and self-acceptance.

Alongside Ludovica, an ever-growing team made up of professionals capable of putting their talent at the service of initiatives in various segments to reach a total of 5 million followers and 12 million views each month with their projects: from Diletta Begali, a youtuber known for her storytimes in which she talks about travelling and her daily life, to Camilla Mangiapelo, who – following her début on TV – now shares her passion for make-up, skincare and fitness on the social networks, not to mention Giulia Bellu, actress from the age of 5 and current TikTok star, or even Miriam Candurro, a face of the popular TV series “Un posto al Sole” [A spot under the Sun].

The agency’s exclusive roster is further made up of the young mother Nicole Pizzato, the actress Giulia Elettra Gorietti, the photographer Umberto Buglione, the anchorwoman Manola Moslehi and the personal trainers Mattia Valli and Chiara Dainese.
