Whistleblowing

In order to regulate the activities arising from Legislative Decree 24 of 2023 (“Whistleblowing Decree”), the Mondadori Group has formally adopted a Whistleblowing Procedure which specifically regulates the management of whistleblowing reports made through the available communication channels and the forms of protection guaranteed to the whistleblower, in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation in force.

The procedure applies to Arnoldo Mondadori Editore S.p.A. (“Mondadori” or the “Company”) and to the companies incorporated under Italian law, in accordance with Article 2359 of the Civil Code, controlled by Mondadori and subject to the application of the aforementioned Legislative Decree 24 of 10 March 2023 (the “Subsidiaries”), in relation to the average number of employees hired in the last calendar year and to the adoption of the Organisational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, as supplemented.

Make a report

To make a report, the whistleblower accesses the platform, selects the specific mode and, once in, uses the drop-down menu to identify the Group company concerned by the report.

It is also possible to request a face-to-face meeting in accordance with the procedure.
